Rotate an image in 3 steps

  1. Choose your JPG, PNG or WebP images.
  2. Tap the arrows to turn 90° at a time, or use the mirror buttons to flip. The preview changes with each tap.
  3. Press "Rotate" and download. Several images come together in one ZIP.

What it can do

  • Rotate or mirror

Turn 90° left or right, or 180°. Flip horizontally to un-mirror a selfie, or flip vertically if you need to.

  • Sideways phone photos

Phone photos are read with their orientation info, so the photo you see here is the one that gets rotated.

  • A whole batch at once

Apply the same rotation to many images and get them back in one ZIP. It’s free to use as often as you like, with no account needed.

  • Holiday photos stay with you

Your browser does the rotating, so the pictures aren’t uploaded or stored anywhere else.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my photo look sideways on some sites?

Phones often save a photo in one direction and add a small note telling apps how to turn it. Some websites and programs ignore that note, so the photo shows up sideways. This tool reads the note, applies it and saves the image upright, so it looks right everywhere.

How do I fix a mirrored selfie?

Choose the selfie, pick "Flip horizontal" and press "Rotate". Text and logos that looked backwards will read the right way again.

Can I rotate several images at once?

Yes. Choose as many images as you like. The same rotation or flip is applied to all of them, and you download them together in one ZIP file.

Does rotating reduce the quality?

PNG and WebP are saved with no visible change. A JPG has to be saved again after rotating, but at high quality, so the difference is very hard to spot. The result keeps its original format.

Can I rotate photos on my phone?

Yes. Open this page in your phone’s browser, tap "Choose files" and pick your photos. JPG, PNG and WebP are supported. iPhone’s HEIC format isn’t supported yet.

Are my images uploaded?

No. The rotation happens in your browser, on your own device. Your images don’t reach our servers, and nothing is kept once you close the page.
