What you can write to us about
- Bugs. If something didn’t work, tell us which tool, browser and device you used, and what happened. Please don’t attach the file itself. We don’t need it, and it’s better if it stays with you.
- Tool requests. If a conversion you often need is missing, tell us the formats and how you’d use it. We’ll keep it in mind when we add new tools.
- Business. You can use the same address for partnerships, press and advertising questions.
You can write in English or Turkish. We usually reply within a few working days. There’s no ticket system or bot, and a person on the team will answer.
