SVG to PNG in 3 steps

  1. Choose the .svg logos, icons or drawings you want as images.
  2. Click "Convert to PNG". Each vector is drawn onto a canvas of pixels.
  3. Download the PNG. A whole icon set comes as a ZIP.

What you get

  • The background stays transparent

Empty areas of the logo stay empty, so it sits cleanly on coloured slides, banners and product mock-ups.

  • Small icons come out large

A 24 px icon would give you a blurry PNG. Small SVGs are drawn so the longest side is at least 1024 px.

  • Works where SVG doesn’t

Older versions of PowerPoint, Instagram, WhatsApp, marketplaces and most CMS image fields want pixels, not vectors.

  • Client artwork stays private

Unreleased logos and client designs are drawn inside your browser tab. They aren’t sent to any server.

SVG to PNG questions

What is the difference between SVG and PNG?

SVG describes shapes with maths (lines, curves, fills), so it scales to any size without getting blurry. PNG stores a fixed grid of pixels. Designers hand over logos as SVG, but many apps, social networks and documents only take pixel images like PNG.

What size will the PNG be?

It uses the width and height written in the SVG. If that’s small, the drawing is scaled up until the longest side is at least 1024 px, so the edges stay sharp. For an exact size afterwards, use Resize Image.

Will the transparent background survive?

Yes. Anything the SVG leaves unpainted stays transparent in the PNG. If you’d rather have a solid white background, use SVG to JPG.

Why does the text in my PNG use a different font?

Some SVGs only name a font instead of including it in the file. If that font isn’t installed on your device, the browser uses a similar one. To avoid this, convert text to outlines (paths) in Illustrator, Figma or Inkscape before exporting.

Part of my SVG is missing in the PNG. Why?

If an SVG links to outside images or stylesheets, or uses scripts, those parts can’t be loaded when it’s drawn as a picture. Self-contained SVGs, which is what design tools normally export, convert in full.

Can I convert a whole icon set at once?

Yes. Select all the .svg files together. Each one becomes its own PNG and they download as one ZIP.
